4 Week Beginner's Course

  • If you prefer to start with a group setting, we offer this course for athletes new to CrossFit. This is a four week/twelve session course which will allow us to both familiarize you with the CrossFit program as a whole, as well as carefully teach you excellent technique for the program's foundational exercises. Safety is our top priority! Upon completion of the course you will have the skill set which will allow you to progress with our Group Classes.

    For this class we will also provide nutrition with body & weight measurements.

CrossFit Kids Monthly ...

  • Kids class focus on skill and coordination with light weights and basic gymnastic movements for growing youth. Kids class times only.

Quick Start - 3 Days

    Our 3-Day Quick Start is for our new members who are looking for more one-on-one attention before starting regular classes. Throughout the three day's members will learn to squat, press, pull, hinge, and learn the barbell movements in order to quick start their progress in regular class.

Beginner's Class

    If you prefer to start with a group setting, we offer this course for athletes new to CrossFit. Safety is our top priority! Groups of up to 5 people can schedule "Couch 2 CrossFit," classes together if desired. Upon completion of the course you will have the skill set which will allow you to progress with our Group Classes.
