WOMEN’S ONLY STRENGTH CLASSBarbell Betty’s is a specialty class designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible and help you step out of your training comfort zone.
The Women’s Only Program is ideal for those that would like to develop functional strength and power through barbell movements. You’ll increase your overall performance and strength in the daily workouts and improve technique on the barbell movements all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, Barbell Betty’s is the perfect opportunity to gain a solid foundation, improve technique and implement a program specifically to make you STRONGER.
The program will focus on building strength through fundamental movements and three three major powerlifts(Back Squats, Deadlifts, Strick Press), while also working on accessory work & core that is paired with these movements. This is a lifting program, designed to be done with purpose and quality, not quantity or speed. This program can help anyone start building a strength foundation, or add onto an existing, or help someone who needs to slow it down and work on form in a more controlled setting that isn’t a timed workout. Core strength is the foundation of CrossFit and starts with these lifts. This program is designed to be done in conjunction with CrossFit, but could stand alone.
Barbell Betty’s is a 4-week program led by Coach Grace. It starts Feb 16th and classes will be Sunday at 12pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, and Thursday at 5:30pm. The cost is $65 for CFE members and $90 for non-members.
